Come here for lunch every time I'm in Bally. Came in 3 times this week for lunch. Haven't been here in a couple years due to Covid so was surprised it had changed. Was more open and brighter. They also took my favorite salad off the menu, the avocado and spinach salad On Wednesday I had the Buffalo chicken salad. It was really good. Chicken was nice pieces with a spicy buffalo sauce and a blue cheese dressing On Thursday I had the Guinness beef stew and the lunch special California bacon cheese burger. It comes with fries and pickles. The stew was really good, very tasty and chock full of stock. The burger was cooked medium and everything was fresh. Fries were really good On Friday I had more beef stew and the el Rancho steak salad. Salad was very good, lots of steak and the chipotle ranch dressing was amazingly good Service was good all 3 days, efficient and friendly

A friendly local bar with incredible service -- Tory is more than wonderful -- and delicious food. My British husband loved the bangers and mash and I truly enjoyed the creative Dutchtine (brussel sprouts, cheese curds, little pierogis, and blistered tomatoes with a bacon jam sauce ). Everyone knew each other and sang along with the Karaoke. We had such a great time that we went back the next night!

The new menu at the Bally hotel is fabulous, and has some completely unique fare for this area. They are a hidden gem. Through the pandemic they remodeled and refreshed the interior, built a cute outdoor private patio, and refreshed the bar. The servers are great, the owner is nice, and the chef is very willing to work around any specific requests. Try the "Dutchine" for an appetizer, the PO Boy for dinner, and I've yet to have a bad desert there. The Baileys mouse I had on this trip was great, not too sweet, just enough Baileys. The tables are also spaced nicely apart so you're not on top of the folks next to you as well which is a perk. I highly recommend them.

My family and I decided to try this place for lunch and thank goodness we did! Food was very good. I had the Portobello Burger and yummmmm! My 1daughter had the California Cheese burger and the other 1 had the Mahi Grilled Tacos and they enjoyed it as well. My husband had the 20/20 Burger and that was really good too. Oops almost forgot... we had the Mac & Cheese Balls and Onion Rings as appetizers and they were very good too . Service was very good . We got there when it first opened so we didn't have to wait:)

Balky hotel is a place I've driven by so many times and finally got to eat at. My wife and daughter ate there on leap day and because of a full back dining room we sat in the back room of the bar. We actually preferred the back room. It was not crowded and my daughter and I got to play pool. Our server (I can't remember her name sorry) was a delight to have served us. She was so funny and outgoing. It just added to our relaxing evening. All of our food was fabulous. The best was dessert. I had the Irish Soda Bread Pudding with ice cream with caramel drizzle. Luckily it was the last piece and it was served by none other then - Mom. I think Mom must be the head of the kitchen! We were so happy things worked and we got to experience this gem of Bally. We will be back!
